These General Terms of Sale (hereinafter "GTS") govern the sale of subscription services offered by Northpeak Labs Ltd through its website. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTS. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Northpeak Labs Ltd offers subscription-based SEO analysis services accessible online. The services include:

Free Plan:

  • 1 analysis per month
  • Basic metrics and Core Web Vitals
  • Visual analysis
  • Limited features

Pro Plan (Monthly or Annual):

  • 50 Page Impressions per month
  • 5 Full Audits per month (up to 15 pages)
  • Export CSV/JSON/PDF
  • Email support
  • All free features

Lifetime Plan:

  • Lifetime access to all Pro features
  • Free updates
  • Priority support
  • One-time payment, no subscription

Enterprise Plan:

Custom solutions with unlimited analyses, dedicated support, full API access, white-label reports, and custom integrations. Contact us for a quote.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in USD and are valid as long as they are visible on the website. Prices include all taxes except where otherwise stated.

  • Free Plan: $0/month
  • Pro Plan Monthly: $19/month
  • Pro Plan Annual: $15/month (billed $180/year)
  • Lifetime Plan: $399 (one-time payment)
  • Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing (contact us)
  • Prices are exclusive of VAT for customers outside the European Union. VAT is included for customers within the EU.
  • All transactions are processed in USD. Currency conversion fees may apply depending on your payment method.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required before access to the service is granted. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment service provider. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.
  • By using our service, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant.
  • For subscription plans, billing occurs automatically at the beginning of each billing period (monthly or annual).
  • In case of payment failure, your subscription may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

5. Access and Delivery

Access to the service is provided as follows:

  • Access is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
  • You will receive access to your account dashboard where you can use all subscribed features.
  • A confirmation email with your account details will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 7 days without giving any reason.

However, in accordance with UK and EU consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of digital content not provided on a material medium whose execution has begun after the consumer has given his express prior consent and expressly waived his right of withdrawal.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by sending an email to hello@northpeaklabs.co.uk before the expiry of the 14-day period.

If you have the right of withdrawal and exercise it, we will reimburse all payments received from you within 7 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

7. Guarantee and Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

This guarantee applies to the first subscription period only. Refunds for subsequent billing periods are not available unless required by law.

8. Subscription Management

Subscription plans are managed as follows:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a billing period after cancellation.
  • Lifetime plans are non-refundable after the 14-day guarantee period, except as required by law.

9. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we process your personal data for the purpose of managing your subscription and providing our services.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of access: You can request access to your personal data.
  • Right to rectification: You can request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure: You can request deletion of your data under certain conditions.
  • Right to data portability: You can request transfer of your data.

10. Liability

Northpeak Labs Ltd strives to provide reliable and accurate services. However, we cannot guarantee:

The uninterrupted availability of the service, the accuracy of analysis results, or specific SEO improvements.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or loss of data.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the service are the exclusive property of Northpeak Labs Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws.

By subscribing, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your personal or professional use, in accordance with these terms.

12. Disputes and Applicable Law

These GTS are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at hello@northpeaklabs.co.uk to find an amicable solution.

For consumers, disputes may be submitted to the competent courts of their place of residence or to the courts of England and Wales.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these GTS at any time. The applicable terms are those in effect at the time of your order.

For subscription renewals, we will notify you of any significant changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
